To achieve this we have implemented the following measures:
- We increase the transport capacity each year with vehicles owned by the Group. At present we have a fleet of 120 refrigerated trucks.
- Reduced risk of breakdowns and a commitment to replace our vehicles every three years .This has enabled us to build one of the most punctual and modern fleets in the industry in Spain.
- In 1997, we were certified by AENOR under standard UNE-EN ISO 9001:2000 “Quality Management Systems”.

Our concern for environmental matters led us to implement the following:
- Early compliance with Directive 2005/78/EC, with respect to the measures to be adopted against emissions of gaseous and particulate pollutants to the atmosphere , adoption of which becomes mandatory from 1 October 2009. As a result, 40% of our fleet meets EURO V emission standards, which means a level of emissions significantly lower to the maximum permitted. Our commitment is that the entire fleet will meet Euro V standards by 2008
- In 2006 we were certified by AENOR under standard UNE-EN ISO 14001:2004 “Environmental Management Systems”.
All our vehicles are technologically equipped to permit fleet management via GPS. This system makes it possible to know the refrigeration equipment parameters and to assess, at any time, the temperature data for the transported goods.
Our drivers have Blackberry terminals thus ensuring rapid and efficient communication with the Traffic and Settlement departments and the guarantee of an immediate response to our customers.
We dedicate a significant part of our annual budget to the on-going training of all our staff, from our drivers to the staff of the logistics and administration departments.
We believe that people are the most valued asset of an organization and in our Company we are committed, decisively, to the development and strengthening of this asset by means of training plans, career programmes, new compensation systems and the development of on-going improvement programmes.
